Behavioral Styles - Fact and Friction

Let's face it - we're not all alike. The best leaders know themselves and understand the strengths and challenges of those on their teams. Who wants to lead? Who wants to work with the team and who would rather be independent and work alone? What are the "magic words" that get each style to engage and listen? All of these questions, and much, much more will be answered in this eye-opening workshop.

An optional assessment provides two (2) reports for each participant (and his or her manager). This written report that identifies strengths and provides tips for improving effectiveness.
