Course Description

As the pace of life continues to accelerate, and organizations are challenged to do more with less, most people struggle to keep up.  This interactive workshop will challenge participants to take a hard look at where time goes.  We’ll also look at the emotional toll that bad days (or even parts of bad days) have on you and your team. 

 

Learning outcomes:

  • Understanding the difference between “clock time” and “real time.”
  • Take a quantitative assessment that measure where you are in life’s major areas;
  • Learn a proven process for setting and achieving goals;
  • Understanding the frustration that occurs when we waste time;
  • Learning how to delegate more effectively.
